Job Description:
Pet stylists bathe, comb, clip, trim and shape pet coats using the knowledge of breed characteristics, grooming techniques, and styles; Reads written or receives oral instructions from the owner to determine the desired clipping pattern. Pet stylist use a combination of electric clippers, combs, and barber shears to acheive the desired style. In addition to coat care Pet Stylists trim nails, express anal glands, clean and pluck the ears.
